As per our Guarantee, we stand behind our products and offer the following lifetime services on all of our rings with the goal to help you retain your item’s original beauty and durability. Simply pay for return shipping and know we’ll do our best to keep your jewelry looking as good as new.
Meteorite Re-Etching
The re-etching service is provided at no charge, please note that this includes free cleaning (polishing) and re-etching.
Ring Armor Repair - The PROTECTIVE coating is scratched or missing
If you find a scratch in the armor applied to your wood or antler, we'll fix it for free.
This service is to repair the coating only; if you notice that the coating is damaged, it needs to be returned to us for repair as soon as possible; to avoid damage to the material beneath.
If the natural material underneath the coating in your item is damaged, a fee will apply depending on the level of damage. We will provide you with all repair options available. If your ring is deemed to be damaged beyond repair, we'll replace it with a new ring for a cost of 50% of the current retail price. This is a one-time offer and will not carry over to the new replacement ring.

Need to have an item repaired? We are happy to help. Please note if your items are worked on by any other jewelry our guarantee is void. All items that require a repair must be sent in for further assessment. Our team will then provide you with all the repair options available. If your item is damaged beyond repair, we will replace it for a cost of 50% of the current retail price. This is a one time offer and will not carry over to the new item.

What material needs to be repaired?
Meteorite Rusting
As per the care instructions sent with your item. Meteorite is an iron based material and does have the potential to rust. Jewelry by Johan uses Gibeon Meteorite which is considered to be one of the more stable Meteorite types. We want to keep your Meteorite as safe as possible from rusting . Care must be taken to keep meteorite away from chemicals (chlorine, bleach, swimming pools, etc.) especially anything with an acid in it.
If you have tried the Meteorite Care Kit, and the Rubbing Alcohol you can return the ring back to us for re-etching. The re-etching process can remove the rust, and the ring will then be returned to back you.
Stone Issue
As per our Guarantee the damage or loss of precious stones are not covered. If a stone is loose, please return the item to us so that we can ensure that your stone is safe and secure. Depending on the condition of the item, there may be a repair fee. Depending on the state of the item, there may be a maintenance fee.
Return/Exchange
If you’re not completely satisfied with your item after you receive it, return it within the first ten days and you will receive in-store credit for us to remake, replace, or modify your returned jewelry in the same size as ordered.
